Hi, I’m Louise - Counsellor, Recovering stress head, and fellow overthinker

I know what it’s like to look like you’ve got it together, while inside you're running on empty.

Eight years ago, I was there too — juggling work, parenting, relationships, and trying to hold it all together. Anxiety, stress, and exhaustion were running the show. I felt like I wasn’t doing a good job anywhere, and burnout wasn’t just a risk — it had already arrived.

That experience led me back to this work — because I know how powerful it can be to have the right support at the right time.

Now, I help other women move from stressed, cranky, and stuck to clear, calm, and confident. Whether you're caught in anxiety spirals, constantly on edge, or just completely overwhelmed, I use practical tools and strategies to help you reset — so you can breathe again, feel more like yourself, and actually enjoy your life, not just power through it.

I'm also a mum of two kids (and two cats), an ADHDer, a nature lover, and someone who enjoys a good home renovation show. And I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your path out of stress and back into steady, sustainable wellbeing.
